10:00 am – 12:00 pm: Missouri Tree Farm Committee business meeting. Lunch will be provided.

11:00 am – 3:30 pm: Barrel 53 Cooperage Tours and Tastings. Barrel 53 is a family-owned and operated whiskey barrel cooperage and stave manufacturer. Every barrel is aged and refined using premium Missouri White Oak. Tours will be offered for $25 (lunch included). Space is limited to 50.

1:00 – 4:00 pm: Registration. Please check in and pick up your attendance gift bag.

4:00 – 5:30 pm: Bass Pro Shops Reception. Join us for a cocktail reception at Bass Pro located within walking distance of the Hilton Garden Inn.

6:00 – 9:00 pm: Banquet Dinner and Awards Ceremony. Chris Erwin with the American Tree Farm System will speak on Advocacy and Legislative Process. Missouri State Forester Lisa Allen will be presenting the annual awards.


8:00 – 8:45 am: Registration. Please check in and pick up your attendance gift bag.

9:00 – 9:45 am: Welcome and Opening Remarks.

9:45 – 10:00 am: Opportunity to meet with vendors.
